Are there limits to the number of requests I can make?
We manage access and connectivity to our platform in order improve availability and reliability of our services. Any limits that impact you will be communicated.
How can I access my staging credentials?
Please login to your Developer Portal account to access your staging credentials. You will have a set for credentials for each loyalty programme and environment.
What is needed to go to production?
To go to production you need to have completed testing in our staging environment and signed commercial and partnership agreements with us. When you're ready to deploy to production, our team will help you validate that the go-live has been successful.
How can I access my production credentials?
Once your stage testing has been validated we will make your production credentials available through your Developer Portal account.
What is a programme Identifier?
Programme Identifier helps a partner distinguish which airline to call in an API. BAEC = British Airways, IBP = Iberia, ATRP = Vueling, AERC = Aer Lingus.
What is required to be placed into the externalTransactionIdentifier and externalReferenceIdentifier fields in the Credit API?
These fields can be the same information but usually this is a field that would be generated by the partner and would be a unique transaction identifier.
What are the number of lines available in the address field in the Enrolment API?
The address lines in the body of the call can handle max 4 lines excluding city, postcode and country.
Where is the transaction identifier returned after a credit or debit?
You can find them in the response headers in the location field at the end of the URL.
Do you have to pass in the City field in the Enrolment API?
No, but it would be preferable, you could pass in amongst the address lines instead.
We store the 3-character ISO code, and the API expects a 2-character code – do you require us to map this at our side or can you accept the 3-character code?
We require a 2 character ISO code as these are validated by a dictionary of values.
